About Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta

Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta or known as ISI Yogyakarta is one of the State Universities of Arts under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. ISI Yogyakarta was established on July 23, 1984 in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 39 of 1984. ISI Yogyakarta organizes D3, D4, S1, S2 to S3 levels of education with the most complete and best various fields of art in Indonesia.

PPID ISI Yogyakarta

To provide Public Information Services in accordance with the mandate of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure, Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta has published Rector's Decree Number 284/KEP/2017 on the Appointment of Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) ISI Yogyakarta. 

The Information and Documentation Management Officer, hereinafter abbreviated as PPID, is the official responsible for storing, documenting, providing, and/or serving information at the Yogyakarta Institute of Arts Indonesia. PPID is directly responsible to the supervisor of PPID. In carrying out the task of information management, PPID is assisted by the Yogyakarta Institute of Arts Indonesia Public Relations Team and Yogyakarta Institute of Arts Indonesia Website Team formed based on the Chancellor's decree.

The current PPID Decree of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta is Rector's Decree Number 317/IT4/HK/2022 About Amendment to the Rector's Decree Number 84/IT4/HK/2022 on the Appointment of Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta Year 2022 signed on July 1, 2022.

Mission

  1. Providing harmonious communication between information providers and requesters and users of lSI Yogyakarta information,
  2. Integration between lSI Yogyakarta's information providers to the public

Duties and Functions

The duties and functions of PPID are :

  • Coordinating the Public Relations Team in the provision, storage, documentation, information security, and public information services in a fast and precise manner;
  • Publish a list of public information within lSI Yogyakarta;
  • Classify public information and publish a list;
  • Prepare suggestions/responses to requests and/or objections to public information services;
  • Coordinating the lSI Yogyakarta Web Team in the provision of public information in collaboration with the Head of UPT Komputer.
