Flow of Public Information Request

  1. Applicants can come to the information service desk at the PANDU Room, Rectorate Building, 1st Floor or fill out the form online.
  2. The applicant fills in the public information request form by attaching his/her ID card/ deed of establishment of the public body as required.
  3. The service officer records in the registration book and informs the applicant of the registration number.
  4. Officer submits request to PPID. If approved, PPID provides written information to the applicant. If not approved, PPID provides written reasons and provides information on filing an objection.
  5. If the applicant is not satisfied, please refer to the Flow of Objection to Information for the next step.
