
- Applicants can come to the information service desk at the PANDU Room, Rectorate Building, 1st Floor or fill out the form online.
- The applicant fills in the public information request form by attaching his/her ID card/ deed of establishment of the public body as required.
- The service officer records in the registration book and informs the applicant of the registration number.
- Officer submits request to PPID. If approved, PPID provides written information to the applicant. If not approved, PPID provides written reasons and provides information on filing an objection.
- If the requester is satisfied with the response from the PPID, the process is complete. If the requester is not satisfied with the response, they can file an objection to the PPID supervisor.
- If you are satisfied with the response of the PPID supervisor, the process is complete, while if you are not satisfied with the response of the PPID supervisor, the process continues at the Information Commission.

- Request for Information denied
- Periodic information not provided
- Request for information not responded to
- Information requests are not responded to as requested
- Information request not fulfilled
- Fees charged are not reasonable
- Information submitted beyond the specified time period
