The government has issued Presidential Regulation No. 81/2010 on the Grand Design of Bureaucratic Reform which regulates the implementation of the bureaucratic reform program. The regulation targets the achievement of three main results, namely increased organizational capacity and accountability, a clean and free government, and improved public services. In order to accelerate the achievement of these target results, based on the Minister of PAN and RB Regulation No. 52 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Integrity Zones Towards Areas Free from Corruption (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Areas (WBBM) within Government Agencies, ISI Yogyakarta has planned to build an Integrity Zone Towards WBK / Towards WBBM.
Predicate Towards WBK is a predicate given to a work unit that fulfills most of the change management, structuring procedures, structuring HR management systems, strengthening supervision, and strengthening performance accountability, while Predicate Towards WBBM is a predicate given to a work unit / work unit that has previously received the predicate Towards WBK and fulfills most of the change management, structuring procedures, structuring HR management systems, strengthening supervision, strengthening performance accountability, and strengthening the quality of public services.
